1. Brand Identity & Commercial Activity
ParcheTees is a Colombian apparel brand operating out of Medellín and the Aburrá Valley (Antioquia, Colombia), dedicated to the design, manufacturing, customization, and sale of streetwear and athletic garments (including ParcheTees Essentials, Neo Medallo with QR Code, Urban Division, Fitness Division, and Custom Lab), in compliance with the Colombian Commercial Code and Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Protection Statute).
2. Trademark & Industrial Property Rights (“ParcheTees”)
Protection of Distinctive Signs (Andean Decision 486 of 2000):
- The trade name, brand, and trademark “ParcheTees”, its typographic wordmark, its monogram “P” emblem, commercial slogans, labels, packaging, and collection titles (Neo Medallo, Urban Division, Fitness Division, ParcheTees Essentials, Custom Lab) are the exclusive property of ParcheTees and are protected under the Andean Community Industrial Property Regime (Decision 486 of 2000) and the regulations of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) of Colombia.
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, counterfeiting, or commercial exploitation of signs identical or confusingly similar to ParcheTees is strictly prohibited and subject to civil infringement actions and criminal penalties under Article 306 of the Colombian Penal Code (Law 599 of 2000).
3. Copyrights, Original Artwork & Web Project Ownership
Full Ownership of Artistic Works & Web Technology (Colombian Law 23 of 1982, Law 1915 of 2018 & Law 1450 of 2011):
- Exclusive Ownership of the Website Project & Software: The entirety of the digital project
https://parchetees.com—including its web architecture, source code, custom scripts (snippets), stylesheets (CSS), UI/UX layout, database structure, e-commerce configuration, and interactive customizer integration—is the sole, exclusive, and unlimited patrimonial property of ParcheTees.
- Work Made for Hire & Full Assignment of Rights: Pursuant to Article 20 of Colombian Law 23 of 1982 (as amended by Article 28 of Law 1450 of 2011) and Andean Decision 351 of 1993, all software development, graphic design, layout, photography, video production, and written content created for the construction and operation of this website belong 100% to ParcheTees worldwide and in perpetuity. No external developer, contractor, designer, or third party retains any ownership, royalty, or exploitation right over the website or its digital assets.
- Original Garment Artwork & Interactive QR Guides: All graphic illustrations printed on our garments (El Peñol Rock, Guatapé, Santa Fe de Antioquia, Comuna 13, Medellín Metro, Coltejer Building, Goku Super Paisayin, Samurai, Japanese Castle, American Football, Montañero, among others), product videos, mockups, blog articles, and our Interactive Tourist QR Destination Guides are protected copyright works.
- Prohibition of Copying or Scraping: Downloading, copying, automated scraping, vectorizing, or reproducing any designs, images, videos, text, or code from this website without prior written consent from ParcheTees is strictly prohibited under Articles 270–272 of the Colombian Penal Code.
4. “Custom Lab” User-Uploaded Content
- Through our Custom Lab studio, customers may upload photos, logos, or text to print custom garments for personal or team use.
- Customer Warranty of Rights: By uploading any file, the user warrants that they own the copyright or hold permission to print said image, holding ParcheTees harmless from any third-party claims.
- Confidentiality of User Files: Customer-uploaded artwork is used solely to fulfill their specific order and is never added to the public ParcheTees catalog without permission.
5. Products, Pricing & Fabric Selection
- All prices on
parchetees.com are displayed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable Colombian taxes.
- Customers may select their size (S, M, L, XL, or One Size for Crop Tops), color, and fabric weight where applicable (330g Heavyweight Cotton, 260g Qatar Cotton, or 180g Cold-Touch Fabric), viewing the exact variation price prior to checkout.
6. Secure Payments (Wompi / Cash on Delivery) & Shipping
- Online Payments via Wompi (Bancolombia): We accept international and local credit/debit cards, PSE, Nequi, and Bancolombia transfers through Wompi’s certified gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (Contraentrega): Available across eligible Colombian cities at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Times: 2 to 4 business days in Medellín & the Aburrá Valley, and 3 to 7 business days nationwide across Colombia via partner carriers (Servientrega, Coordinadora, Inter Rapidísimo, Envía, TCC).
