Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

At ParcheTees we craft every garment with meticulous attention to detail across our Essentials 330g, Neo Medallo & Urban 260g Qatar, and Fitness 180g Cold-Touch lines. Below is our clear exchange and warranty process in accordance with Colombian Consumer Protection Law (Ley 1480 de 2011).

1. Size or Style Exchanges (15 Days)

• You have up to 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a size or color exchange.
• The garment must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odors or stains, and with all original tags attached.
• Before ordering, we recommend checking our Fabrics & Size Guide.

2. Custom Lab (Personalized Garments)

• Garments custom-made to order through our Custom Lab (featuring your own uploaded photos, text, or artwork) are produced uniquely for you and are not eligible for size exchanges or right of withdrawal, except in the event of a manufacturing or printing defect attributable to ParcheTees.

3. 30-Day Quality Warranty

• All ParcheTees garments include a 30-calendar-day warranty covering manufacturing defects in stitching, fabric, or print (provided cold-water inside-out care instructions have been followed).
• For approved warranty claims, ParcheTees covers 100% of shipping costs to replace your item at no extra charge.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (Wompi / Cash on Delivery)

• For non-customized catalog purchases made on parchetees.com, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 5 business days following delivery.
• Once the unworn item is received and inspected at our Medellín fulfillment center, refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 business days via your original Wompi payment method or bank transfer.
